One order was missing chips, the second came with a box containing four nuggets and chips instead of the three hot and spicy pieces I requested, and I'm not even sure what the third meal was! If you decide to visit, I highly recommend trying the KFC Chicken Tenders.
Unfortunately, this was one of the dirtiest fast food restaurants we have ever visited. We had lunch at 11 AM, just an hour after they opened at 10 AM, and found a large ball of hair under our table, along with mopped-up pieces scattered across the floor. There was dirt, trash, and food scraps all over the place. A key was also left in the automatic door. The shift manager attempted to explain that the mess was due to construction work outside, but this is simply unacceptable. I would strongly advise avoiding this place. It clearly needs a deep clean and a shift manager who prioritizes cleanliness. We were very disappointed!
