An italian restaurant in Dessau. A good aperol spritz served as an aperitif. Some olives or nuts to be served with should be perfect. I was there twice tasting homemade pasta and tortelli. Well cooked pasta, but too many ingredients not necessary. The overall taste...results a mess. Less is more. And above all: milk cream is not needed nor mandatory in italian cooking.
