So hard to find good service that is eager to help and the crew here really does a great job and you can tell they take extra pride in their work to make sure that each sub is a masterpiece. We came during a rush recently and they worked like a team to make sure the line went down quickly. I got a hot sub and it was perfect. Fresh homemade tasting bread...what is not to like. Showed up 10 minutes prior to their posted closing time of 9pm and the door was already locked. One of the staff members simply kept yelling “we are closed”. So much for putting the customer first. I have always enjoyed Jersey Mike’s but luckily Jimmy John’s was still open down the street. View all feedback.
