I've never had a bad sandwich in the Firehouse. The staff is polite. I should experiment with sandwiches and soft drinks flavors that I haven't tried yet. I like the food okay, but the employees move like snails. They probably don't get paid well enough to work any harder. Further evidence to support that is they have a new staff every time I'm in there. They need to find a way to keep staff and probably put a hold on phone orders until things are stable.
