I would give it 5 stars on food if there were more gluten-free options, especially in the bakery portion. But for non-gluten sensitive people, their baked goods are amazing!! Cinnamon rolls were my favorite when I could eat them. A big thank you to the staff for sharing that even the gluten-free monster cookies are cross-contaminated. All around, great coffee shop. I liked the way this is set up. However, I am not very impressed with the food quality. All the pastries were overcooked and almost considered burnt-out. I think staff need more training on the difference between latte and cappuccino. Please take care of this place. It is a great concept. It needs a little tweeking only.
