We didn’t ask for a refund; we managed to eat only the fries and a small piece of chicken. The meal was so disappointing that it never should have been served. If I had felt it was worth my time, I would have happily shared my thoughts for a more favorable meal, but my interest was already lost. I hope this feedback serves as a catalyst for improvement.
