Edited for response to owner/operator added to bottom: TLDR: I showed cake on left(with elsa) to baker, got cake on right(olaf) due to terms 2 layered and 2 tiered meaning two different things. Baker did not explain the difference. I was wrong in thinking since she had a picture she knew what I wanted.
