My experience at the restaurant was terrible. It was a special occasion for us, so we chose to dine at Frankie Benny's. What a mistake that was. The table next to us had drinks spilled by the waitress, and I had to clean it up with napkins as there was little attention to detail. The food was served cold and almost inedible.
