I'm surprised that Metzlers is still in business. First off, Dickey's has better BBQ and their BBQ is trash. As for the customer service, they might as well not have anyone working. Showed up on a Sunday at 5:38 to buy a bottle of wine, after calling the store and was told they closed at 6:00pm.
