This is a typical Kung Fu tea place. So far, they have not made any mistakes with my drinks, so I am satisfied with their service. They are also very quick. However, one issue I have is that sometimes my drink is not completely full. If I am paying over $6 for a drink, I expect to get a full drink. !!PLEASE READ!!I worked at KFT from August 2021 to March 2022. (I had colorful hair if that helps you remember). I truly loved this job until I really didnt. In that time I was NEVER given a cent of my tips. I was unaware that this was wage theft which led me to never file an appropriate complaint. If you tip the employees in this location MANAGEMENT keeps most if not all of it. Standards for making tips constantly change to keep the same few people on their regular tip share. Very strong nepotism and favoritism. STAY AWAY, both as a costumer and as an employee. Never mind all the times I was made to come sick to work despite me being uncomfortable making food while possibly having the flu or covid.
