Looking for traditional BBQ, we stopped at Smokin Aces in Denham Springs. The pulled pork was moist and tender, and the BBQ sauce added just the right blend of sweet and tangy. The smoked chicken was tender and very full-flavored. They do run out of certain items later in the evening, which I took as a sign of attention to quality.
