My Granddaughter wanted IHOP for her birthday breakfast so off we went! The place was packed with people going to the parade. They got us seated in a short wait. The menu no longer had her choice of pancakes. However, our server April took extra steps to put a smile on her face with a surprise topping on her pancakes. Thank you for that! She ate every bite!! Went here for a free short-stack promotion. My wife had gone earlier in the day and her bill was $0, she left a tip. I went later for my promo. Waitress lied and told me they can't ring up a $0 bill.
