I'm not sure what went wrong, but they really need to hire staff who are attentive and focused on their work, rather than sitting on their phones and making mistakes with orders. View all feedback.
I waited almost 20 minutes for a sandwich, despite there being five staff members behind the counter and only three customers in the store. I asked a couple of times and was told my order was still being prepared. After such a long wait, I decided to leave as it appeared they hadn’t even started making my sandwich.
The coffee was so diluted that it tasted like I was drinking only milk and water.
I'm not sure what happened, but they definitely need to hire staff who are attentive and dedicated to their work instead of being distracted by their phones and making errors with orders.
I keep having issues with my orders. I came in and requested a large iced decaf vanilla latte, but instead, I received a large iced decaf coffee. Those are two completely different drinks. I also asked for a toasted sesame seed bagel with cream cheese, but got just a toasted bagel without any cream cheese. This isn't the first time this has happened; they really need to improve their service.
The restaurant was dirty, and the staff was not only rude but also overly sarcastic. They should think about their positions in customer service.
