My wife and I went to IHOP today for Valentine's Day lunch. We were talking in about 10 years of going there we have never had a bad experience. That's the reason for this review. Always great service and consistently good food. It can get busy on the weekends. View all feedback.

I realize my visit today was during the busier lunch hour, however, during my 32 minute wait for my simple sampler plate....other orders after mine was taken, were getting their food first! My order came and I was not surprised to find it was only warm, not hot.
