As a fellow restaurant worker the chicken carbonara was a solid 8/10 I worked in fine dining and this pretty close with the substitutions. The meat was well seasoned, there was enough broccoli and bacon wasn't skimpy at all. The bread sticks caught me by surprise they were awesome!
