You can always tell a well managed restaurant by the way they handle a situation . We waited over 1/2 hour for our food, while all the other tables seated after ours received theirs. Our waiter, Daniel was very attentive and very apologetic and kept running back to the kitchen. He even got the manager involved who asked if he could get us something while we waited. Our recent visits have been very disappointing! The food was cold, the service was slow, and we won't be returning. We've dined here at various times, from lunch to early and late dinners, during both peak and off-peak seasons, and unfortunately, it never turns out to be a good experience. It's such a shame!
