I've been there 2 times . It's horrible place. First of all, I can't understand why the people from gastronony service in Germany can't speak English!!! The same in this place. That's silly.Second thing is, that sandwiches are always cold!!!! So i paid for eating cold awful sandwich. And last thing is no promotion at all. Like in Macdonald's. You should change it.
