Fast. Maybe a little too fast. Got handed a breakfast sandwich the moment I got to the window from the same guy who was standing outside smoking just 10 seconds ago. I know he didn't wash them hands. Then he hands me the first sandwich of the day without a bag. Dry muffin, cold everything else. At least put it in the microwave lol.
