Every time we have eaten at Trout House Delavan, we have LOVED the food. It's always creative and freshly flavorful. Anything with their trout is great, but the current filet medallions are excellent as well. I want this restaurant to be great! we spend mai to oktober in the opposite and eat a lot of time. love the building old restored, wood floors, exposed walls, charming. it is not the best situation, but if they are exceptional, people will come (see paisainos in richmond).
