What Robert D likes about Culver’s:
3 of us went in for Custards.ordered, took our number got a table.they were not that busy at the time we waited patiently and no desserts. I went up there to find out what’s going on why are we waiting so long. Turns out they forgot about our order Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4.

What Aaron F doesn't like about Culver’s:
Placed a curbside order and they forgot the kids meal. I didn't realize until we were already home, so I called the store. I was hoping to just get the missing food refunded, but they want me to come back to the store to do it. I understand mistakes happen but to come back to the store to fix it is very inconvenient and they should have systems in place to make it right over the phone. Food: 1 View all feedback.
