At this restaurant, patrons have experienced a significant decline in service quality and cleanliness, overshadowing the appeal of its otherwise tasty food. Frequent order mix-ups and unresponsive management have left customers frustrated, particularly with breakfast orders consistently arriving incorrect. Moreover, the dining environment is often described as filthy, with dirty tables and undercooked food, raising health concerns. While some staff members exhibit friendliness and efficiency, the lack of support for overwhelmed employees and overall disorganization detracts from the dining experience. Many diners express disappointment and a reluctance to return, despite their fondness for the menu offerings.
Though tasty, I expected more chicken, vegetables and noodles in my soup, which was mostly broth. It was good broth though.
The staff were fantastic during my visit, with a total of five employees on duty. However, I noticed three owners or managers sitting at a table in a meeting. Unfortunately, the juice fountain area was a mess, with a sticky floor and counter, and garbage scattered around. When I approached someone to point it out, he responded, "Yes, that happened hours ago, and we have no one to clean it up." I couldn't believe that the managers sitting right there weren't addressing the issue. I saw him go over to inform a woman in a black and white top about the situation, but she just looked at me and didn’t take any action. I wish I could have done something about it myself.
The person making the green tea could benefit from trying the version at the Delafield location. Yours is overly sweet.
I prefer other Panera Bread locations to this one. This specific location is just average; the service tends to be slow and less organized compared to other branches.
I order breakfast from Panera Bread through DoorDash at least once a week, sometimes for lunch or dinner as well. Unfortunately, my breakfast orders are always incorrect—whether it's the wrong bread or missing ingredients, something is consistently off. Until today, I was never able to reach anyone to fix the problem or get a replacement. When I finally spoke with the manager, there was no apology—just a promise to refund my order. Considering breakfast sandwiches cost $8-$9, it would be nice to actually receive what I ordered. The staff responsible for checking and approving orders clearly need to improve. I used to work at this Panera Bread location and the quality has declined since then. I wish the food on their menu wasn’t so good; otherwise, I wouldn’t keep coming back despite these issues. I also have concerns about the restaurant’s health inspection record from my time working there. Going forward, I plan to order from a different restaurant.
