The restaurant serves food on cold plates, which can be a bit of a turn-off. I once ordered a halo-halo with my friends and it was not cold at all. It's a bit strange to have a halo-halo without ice or being cold. A friend of mine from Pacifico ate here and complained about the high prices. The ambiance of the place is nice, though.
