give the drink 5 stars but service today was not the usual best. I get it, we have bad days or busy days feel overwhelming, but if someone is understanding and being them with the eye rolling and just excited, it can really move with someone. The morning staff is slow and they seriously don’t know what they’re doing. I ordered online 20 minutes before I came so I could beat people that were gonna be there. Nope I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my coffee and was late for work. Everyone in the establishment was also frustrated that they weren’t getting their coffee on time. View all feedback.
