It's a real shame that so many local businesses have a labor shortage. I've noticed it everywhere. This store is no exception. However the customer service here is always excellent. The manager and driver we have spoken with on a few occasions are empathetic and apologetic when an order takes longer than expected. I ordered my food and after almost 2 hours had to go get it in order to get it. There was a mix-up in payment. After so many issues with the order and having hungry kids, I requested some sort of disount. The lady tried to make things right and did throw in a sprite.
