The breakfast bagels here are amazing and come at great prices. The staff is extremely friendly, and the food is fantastic. You can really taste the freshness of the ingredients. We also had the brown sugar cinnamon roll, which was absolutely delicious. The setting is very comfortable and beautifully decorated; I especially loved the vintage mural. View all feedback.

The pastry and food here are wonderful. However, the service could do some serious work. The ladies were just chatting up, having a good time, and forgetting that they were at work. I was waiting for almost 30m for my coffee and they totally forgot about it, and I have to remind the cashier that I'm still waiting for my drink, and only then, they barista realize that she forgot my drink. NOVA BAGELS IS AWESOME. I love that has pickle onions on it! Coffee is also good.

Delicious bagels and VERY flavorful cream cheese!! We have been looking for a go to since bagel palace closed and now we have one! Chewy, NOT HARD, genuinely fresh and great flavor bagels!! the coffee was also great nice bean and well balanced!
We have only been once but will certainly be back! Loved the food and staff. It can get quite busy and they do not have much seating but it is definitely a gem in downtown Decatur!
The food here is truly exceptional, and I highly recommend ordering in advance. However, the service is extremely slow. The staff is often unfriendly and can come across as abrasive or rude. The overall atmosphere feels toxic, with staff giving rude looks or making unkind comments. The only staff members who seem to be pleasant are the two guys preparing the bagel sandwiches. There are times when the bagels are ready to be served, but the rest of the staff lacks organization and fails to provide timely service.
