We ate at Chez Bertella this evening and, whilst the excellent waitress worked hard attending to our table and the very few other customers, the three underworked and idle kitchen chefs hovered over the counter in a manner that was both uncomfortable for us and was, I felt, intimidating for the hard working waitress.
