Very unfortunate, normally I am always satisfied. Now ordered for the first time via Uber (even though I live around the corner, due to circumstances I couldn't pick it up). Waited for over an hour and a half, no one answers the phone. So the order was eventually canceled because the delivery time became later each time. If you don't have delivery people, don't use Uber.
