We placed an order today last minute after Toppers pizza in De Pere was unable to fulfill our request. Even though we needed about 20 pizzas last minute for a company hand out, Pizza Hut was still able to get it done. I spoke with a very nice lady on the phone who was able to get our order done super fast! She even threw in a free extra pizza, which she didn't have to do. They messed my order and delivery was HORRIBLE. Supposedly get a full refund email call to get it and the person said”No You don’t have any credits.” Then she put me on hold, transferred me and then said I was being rude to get my refund.” Great customer service when I got hung up on.
