The ramen was decent, but the broth definitely needed more flavor, and the egg would have benefited from a marinade. The pork was surprisingly tender, yet it still lacked the rich taste typically associated with Tonkotsu Ramen. It will satisfy your craving for ramen, but overall, it could use a bit more seasoning.
