This restaurant is located in a great spot and offered fantastic service. We were staying across the street, so it was very convenient for us to visit. We were promptly seated and our server, Rose, was incredible - she always had a smile and was very polite. I appreciated that this IHOP used paper straws. What User doesn't like about Ihop:
Food is great but some of the servers need to take customer service classes. This one guy server was bad mouthing the customers at his table loud and I'm sure they heard him... He kept threatening to walk out. The manager handled the situation very well. If you live off tips, then learn patience and never badmouth the hand that feeds you. Phenomenal food though!!
