This restaurant only accepts credit cards. You'll need to place your order using a kiosk and provide your phone number. The strawberry fruit tea was just average. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5. View all feedback.
You order from a kiosk instead of a person. If you make an error using their computer to place your order (while they stare at you from behind the counter), their response is, essentially, “Sucks to be you. We don’t correct your mistakes. Do it right next time.” Abysmal customer service. I used to be a regular until Covid hit and they removed all personal interaction with the staff. I’m never coming here again.
Paid extra to get a large size with extra Boba and no fresh mango ended up getting a small with less Boba and included mango
The food and drinks were excellent, but I kindly ask that if I request no boba in my drink, please try to avoid adding it. Thank you!
