Contrary to other reviews here, I always have a great experience. Laquanna at the drive through is always pleasant, kind and ensures my chicken is cooked to my liking. She always has my sauce in the bag and I have never had missing items. The food here is always fresh and I never have to wait an extensive amount of time in the drive-thru like almost every other Pollo Tropical. I will continue going. View all feedback.

This place is fine. I gave it 3 stars because the speaker almost always never works and it makes it hard to know if your order is correct. Also a few articles we ordered were not available, which always seems a problem for most Pollo Tropical in general. View all feedback.
