I went shortly before closing Wednesday night. I made my bowl added my sauces and the cook squirts the dark sauce by the griddle multiple times in my meal. He Completely cooks off the sauces that I added to the mild, hot, etc. I had to go to the bar and add ginger sauce and garlic etc BACK to the bowl AFTER it was cooked.
