Always a delightful experience to savor every food here! Cozy place and cozy food! A hidden gem in the city! If you wanted some privacy and wanted it low key. Belito's would give you that feels. 10/10 for all the yummy food. I love the paella negra! And the tablea ice cream is a must try!
Portions for the pastas and lamb stew we ordered were simply enough. the prices were also appropriate. the ice creams that we mainly tried the tablea and the avocado taste, will definitely return.
One of my most fave Garden resto offering an exclusive and great dining experience from its good service and delicious menu. I loved the ambiance of the place. Their Paella, Gambas and Spicy Pork Ribs are the best. Don’t forget their home-made icecream too.
I had read about Belito's in a food blog, but only decided to visit after the personal recommendation of Samal Island's best chef. Belito's Vineyard is actually located just off busy Laurel St, but it's rustic garden setting makes you feel a thousand miles removed from hectic city life. The restaurant itself is a simple affair with plastic chairs and wooden tables, not everything on the menu was available and not even their white wines were pre-chilled but the fact that they had some real quality wines at rock bottom prices, and that all the dishes that eventually came out were excellent, made you easily forgive these small inadequacies. We started with a nice chicken paté, followed by the delicious shrimp Kinilaw. For mains we had the squid in its ink and the one of the best lenguas i've ever tried. The only dish that wasn't fully satisfying was the lamb stew. The lamb was nicely cooked but putting synthetic cheese on top wasn't the best idea (very Pinoy style though). The homemade durian ice cream for dessert was quite sublime. Prices for both food and wine are very reasonable and you'd be hard pressed to find better Spanish-Filipino food in Davao, well, Tiny Kitchen is just as good but Belito's has a better atmosphere by far, and they serve wine.
