My wife and I have frequented Tengda for many years. Generally speaking we've enjoyed it. But this past Saturday night was a terrible experience. They had 1 waiter for the entire restaurant. We waited 30+ minutes for appetizers, then another 30+ minutes for entrees. The food was cold both times. We ordered glasses of white wine they were served in tiny juice glasses.
