"We were quite disappointed with our experience. The steak was tough and too acidic for our taste. We ordered double meat with no sauce and no serviettes, but did not receive any acknowledgment or cutlery. I specifically ordered a cheesy roll but was served a taco instead. The customer service was lacking. I would like to have our order replaced as soon as the items are available. The photo shows the leftover chips after we hardly touched the nachos.".
