My go to dunks. Everyone in the drive thru is so happy and joyful every single day. It brightens my day going there and being greeted with such positive attitudes! The first time I was like wow they're happy then it was every time and I knew I'd only be going to this location. They also killl it making my coffee. It is perfect every time! Second, the hash browns, which are usually quite good, were just a greasy mess – they shouldn't have been served to customers. They weren't busy at the time, so there’s really no excuse for that. I took my order home, otherwise I would have raised these concerns with the staff. From now on, I think I'll stick with Dunkin’ on North Street.
I rarely get coffee from Dunkin' Donuts anymore, and honestly, I've started to forget about the food. The staff can be incredibly rude, especially at the drive-thru. The service lacks professionalism, with employees often struggling to communicate in English, which adds to the frustration. They really need to provide some training for their employees. I've had numerous issues with my coffee orders. When I ask them to fix it, they often want to charge me extra, which is unacceptable. This isn't just a problem with Dunkin' Donuts; similar issues happen at places like McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, and Wendy's as well. The prices are outrageous—nearly $2 for a single donut is just ridiculous, and now a decent coffee can cost almost $4. What happened to the days when it was $2.50 for a great cup of coffee? If I ever had my own franchise of any of these restaurants, I would certainly do things differently.
I ordered at the drive-thru and didn't receive two orders of snacking bacon. I tried calling several times, but there was no answer. My family is disappointed.
Don’t go here. Believe the bad reviews. I just waited in long line for 10min only to have an employee come out and put a We Are Closed sign on the speaker box in the drive thru at 12:55pm. No forewarning like a cone to block people from getting in drive thru. Just turned away like 10 cars. 10min to have these crapheads do that, who does this?? Take your business elsewhere, there are so many other Dunkin Donuts nearby. Take heed, they also over cook food most the time and are rude. Only good at slinging donuts. Never again people, never again!
