We had an amazing stay at this beautifully renovated property, which is perfectly located for a peaceful experience. Silvia and Jennifer were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service, whether we made requests during our stay or had questions while we were traveling via Bonvoy. My aunt is a wheel chair bound special ed. teacher who was in town for a 60th anniversary celebration. The accessibility room she was given had NO ROLL SHOWER OR BATHROOM BARS! Thats a federal violation to advertise that room as ADA. They offered to make her to a room on the second floor. My aunt asked: “in case of emergency (when the elevator isn't working) do you have a plan to evacuate me from the second floor.” T... View all feedback.
