Due to my obvious chemical addiction to coffee, I have been to hundreds of small and comfy coffee shops across the country. I was skeptical--most coffee places have the grounds, equipment, vibe, etc. But not the discipline to properly clean the cup between cycles. You taste the scorched oils as an acrid ash-like note.
