Upside offers stunning views of Dallas skyline, but service was inconsistent. Despite being short-staffed at times, some employees went above and beyond to provide a good experience. The food was average, but drinks were pricey yet delicious. Guests praised the accommodating staff and fantastic atmosphere. Upside is recommended for drinks, special occasions, and enjoying the view. Despite some service hiccups, patrons enjoyed the experience and would return for the ambiance. Overall, Upside offers a great setting for drinks with friends or a romantic date night in a cozy, not-too-crowded space.
We loved our time at Upside! Spectacular views of Dallas skyline and fun environment. Food and Service were great and We will go back soon.
This was a terrible experience. The hostess was rude and seemed like she had severe hearing loss. She had difficulty understanding and responding.
The UPSIDE...there are truly no words that can explain how GREAT this place is from the staff to the food to the location. I meet with Micheal a manager prior to my birthday gathering because I wanted to see the location and table arrangements, He had worked a 16 hour shift the day before an meet with me early Sunday morning and was so helpful and polite. The day of my event this past Saturday Jon was the manger on duty despite a large crowd he made our group feel like the only people in Upside. Our servers were fantastic and the drinks were amazing along with the food. If you need a place to rest your head reserve a room at The Canopy which the Upside is located on the 8th floor. The rooms are amazing at the staff is phenomenal as well.
The restaurant has a delightful ambiance and provides an excellent view of the city skyline.
The views were spectacular, but the service left much to be desired. I might consider coming back if the service were to get better.
