Filled with rosemary paprika potatoes, scrambled eggs, jack or Cheddar cheese and bacon or Mexican chorizo.

Served with Monterrey jack cheese, black beans, guacamole and sour cream.

Tamales

Salvadorian. 3 handmade tamales wrapped and steamed in banana leaves, gently spiced and stuffed with chicken, potatoes and bell pepper.

Steak Nachos

Skirt steak served with Monterey Jack cheese, black beans, guacamole and sour cream.

Shrimp Fajitas

Served with guacamole, grated Cheddar and sour cream, Spanish rice and pinto beans. Our grilled shrimp is prepared with a delicious mustard rub before it is grilled.
