The Nova Lox at this restaurant is truly incredible! I first tried it in Colorado and was pleasantly surprised to find it available here in Texas. I couldn't resist stopping by on my way to work, and having it on a French toast bagel was a delightful combination. I can see myself making this a regular breakfast stop every week. Einstein Bros. Bagels is a great choice for a delicious and affordable bagel. I tried the french toast bagel with cinnamon almond cream cheese, a sweet combination that I loved. What stood out to me was how the bagel captured the taste of French toast with its eggy flavor. The restaurant had ample seating, although it was quite busy on a Sunday morning.
