This is the best CiCi's we've visited! It's newer and much cleaner than others. Hector assisted us at the register, and he was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He warmly greeted everyone who came in and out. They offered a wide variety of pizzas without us needing to make any special requests, and all of them were delicious. Today was a terrible experience. The pasta was thin and lacked flavor. When I mentioned this to the manager, she informed me that the cook had already left for the day. I asked her what she planned to do about it, but she didn't offer any response. When I told her I was considering writing a negative review, she encouraged me to go ahead, so here I am doing just that. I will never return to this restaurant. View all feedback.
