The food was good, but my mobile order took over 30 minutes to arrive—more than double the time the app indicated. It seems they prioritize in-person orders and only attend to mobile ones once they’ve cleared the dining area. If you visit, I recommend ordering inside instead.

This restaurant is absolutely incredible! There are so many options to choose from, and everything is so healthy. My taste buds were thrilled, and my friend loved it too! This has truly been the best experience, and I will definitely return. I can't wait to spread the word about Bread Zeppelin to everyone I know! Thank you so much!
I hadnt eaten here is a few months so I decided order a salad! Easy right? NOOOO..I went after I left work at 5pm and the doors were locked. The guy opened the door and said we are only doing online ordering because of some kind of maintenance issue theywere having.. I said oh okay, I ordered online, had to create an account and all of that, Im standing outside and he brings memy food. I get home open the salad and the lettuce was brown and it wasnt fresh. I had asked for extra shrimp, I didnt get thateither. I see why I stopped eating here
I haven't had Bread Zeppelin in awhile so I decided to go there for lunch. I ordered my sandwich online and when I picked it up I ordered a bag of chips and a cup of ice. I was charged $4.00 so I looked at my receipt and she charged me for a meal. I gotice not a drink so the manager came and said charge me for two bags of chips, I have 1 bag of chips and not 2. That's was someexpensive ice.
