This has been our favorite Mexican food restaurant in the area basically since they opened. However, tonight after waiting an unordinarily long time and spending almost $50 I arrive home and discover the chorizo con queso recipe has changed and appears to use Velveeta now because the cheese was more dense than it ever has been.
