The crawfish are very, very, good!! The energy and atmosphere are awesome. I highly recommend, but get there early on game day because it gets packed!!
It's a very cozy relaxed atmosphere, I had never heard of this wonderful place. You can tell patrons are regulars who has established rapport. A very welcoming environment. My favorite was their pork chops meal, it's very delicious. I will be back heck maybe in a few hours..
I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had at your establishment on March 4, 2024. While I had high hopes for an enjoyable dining experience for my daughter's 10th birthday, I was unfortunately met with several issues that left me feeling dissatisfied. I was referred by a friend to come to your location, who told me how good the Crawfish was. Firstly, the service was extremely slow and unresponsive. Lauren, the waiter, was not knowledgeable about the menu items. Despite several attempts to flag down the server, it took an unusually long time to receive any service. I had to walk into the bar and personally place an order while sitting on the patio. Secondly, the food quality was poor. I ordered medium crawfish, but they were so hot with spice that I couldn't even enjoy them. I had to request water several times and then wait over 10 minutes to receive it. Lastly, the manager Zack was very rude and disrespectful. My neighbor, who had been at your establishment 45 minutes prior to my arrival, had already eaten all her food and was waiting for her ticket to leave. When I requested my ticket to go, I was hit with an 18% gratuity. When I questioned this, Zack was unapologetic and refused to remove it, despite the fact that I only had a party of 3. I feel like Zack disrespected us as customers and needs to be retrained on customer service. I would like my $9.98 back, and to be honest, a full refund. Had the mushroom n Swiss burger. Tasty, juicy and the fries (with added Cajun seasoning) were a nice addition. Burger and beer went well.
