The person that made my food didn't tell me that a certain item had an extra charge before she gave it to me so when I got to the register I was kind of upset
The manager should get props. He was very nice, leading by example, and very professional. You have a great asset there hope he is appreciated
I visited this restaurant with my family, and we encountered a frustrating situation. Both restrooms were locked because the management didn't want anyone using them after cleaning. We ended up waiting for over 30 minutes, and there was no indication that the restrooms were off-limits. When we asked about it, they still refused to unlock the doors. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The noodles were hard and dry, making them difficult to chew, and they tasted old. I visited around 10 AM.
I wouldn't recommend going to this restaurant 30 minutes before closing time. They won't prepare any more chow mein, vegetables, or other entrees, even if there are a few customers waiting behind you. The customer service was terrible. When I requested another portion of chow mein, they told me they didn’t want to waste food. I should have asked the customers behind me if they wanted some as well, but I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible.
