We both ordered similar bowls with quinoa and brown rice as the base, topped with roasted veggies as the protein, with a choice of up to 5 options. We selected roasted tomatoes and peppers, cucumber, hemp seeds, onion, and tomatoes. The staff also offered us the opportunity to sample both dressings, so we chose avocado and lime cilantro vinaigrette to take with us.

I went just before closing time and the place was clean. The staff member greeted us warmly and offered to answer any questions we had. I informed them that we were vegan, and they assured us they could accommodate us. We both preferred the avocado dressing over the cilantro vinaigrette.

I chose tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, hemp seeds, onions, and tomatoes. The staff member also offered us a taste of two different dressings, Avocado and Lime Cilantro Vinaigrette. The food was flavorful and filling, leaving me feeling satisfied and content. Both my companion and I preferred the avocado dressing over the cilantro lime dressing.
