Both bean and ham and beef soups were served cold. We asked to warm them, but still it was cold and tasteless. (Was very cold outside as well) We ordered stew and it was COLDER than the soups.... The stuff was very sorry and friendly but it was frustrating , I was hungry and cold.... We were charged for the soup even though we returned it and DIDN'T ate from it.
