When she finally acknowledged him, she asked which order he was waiting for. Upon checking, she told him that they hadn't even started making our pizza yet and it would take another 15 minutes. Frustrated, we requested a refund because the service was ridiculous. It was clear that the owners had made a poor decision by putting young staff in such a position without proper training.
